AI detection on Pro and Premier runs through one managed AI gateway operated for RedactBot; your document text is sent only to return detections and is never used to train models. Enterprise customers can instead connect their own OpenAI-compatible endpoint, and text goes only there.

Pricing questions
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated, so you pay the difference for the rest of the current period rather than starting a second subscription. All plans are month to month.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Uploads pause until your allowance resets on the 1st. On Free the limit is 50 pages a month; on Pro and Premier it is documents — 15 and 40 a month, with pages unlimited. Premier can raise the allotment immediately instead of waiting, and any plan can upgrade. Documents already in your account stay reviewable either way.
How does the Premier allotment work?
Premier starts at 40 documents a month and raises in steps of 10 at $6.25 per step, prorated from the day you change it. The owner holds the allotment and the whole workspace draws on it; there is no per-person limit and no overage billing. Lowering the allotment below what you have already used this month pauses uploads until the 1st.
What does auto-delete mean?
On Free and Pro, uploaded documents are automatically and permanently deleted after the plan’s retention window — 48 hours on Free, 14 days on Pro. Export your redacted files, privilege logs, and certificates before the window closes. Premier keeps documents until you delete them.
Is there a contract?
No. Paid plans are billed month to month through Stripe and you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period. Enterprise agreements are negotiated separately.
